Job Description

The Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth, key account management, and strategic sales initiatives across assigned markets.
This role requires a strong sales leader who can build and execute go-to-market strategies, manage high-value clients, and mentor sales teams to consistently exceed targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Identify new business opportunities through market research, networking, and strategic partnerships.
- Drive end-to-end sales cycles from lead generation and prospecting to negotiation and deal closure.

- Monitor sales performance metrics and take corrective actions to meet or exceed targets.
Key Account & Client Management:
- Manage and grow key enterprise and strategic accounts.
- Build long-term relationships with CXOs, decision-makers, and senior stakeholders.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction through proactive engagement and solution-based selling.
Team Leadership & Development:
- Lead, mentor, and coach sales executives and account managers.
- Set individual and team targets, track performance, and conduct regular reviews.

- Support hiring, onboarding, and capability development of the sales team.
Market Expansion & Collaboration:
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to refine sales approaches.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and delivery teams to align sales strategies with business offerings.
- Represent the organization at industry events, client meetings, and conferences.
Forecasting & Reporting:
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and MIS for management review.
- Ensure compliance with internal sales processes, pricing guidelines, and CRM updates
