Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive and articulate Tele-Caller with strong trading knowledge to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills in English and Hindi, have a minimum of 2 years of tele-calling experience, and be comfortable working with data using Microsoft Excel.

Key Responsibilities

Understand client needs and provide tailored information about trading opportunities and platform features.

Follow up with leads, convert prospects into active users, and maintain long-term customer relationships.

Maintain accurate records of conversations and lead status in Excel and CRM systems.

Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to drive customer acquisition goals.

Stay updated on crypto market trends, pricing, and regulatory changes to provide informed guidance to prospects.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in tele-calling, preferably in financial services or trading platforms.

• Knowledge of cryptocurrency trading or financial markets is a must.

• Fluent in English and Hindi (both spoken and written).

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for lead tracking and reporting.
