Job Description
Role Overview:
The Sales Executive is vital in delivering exceptional customer experiences, achieving sales goals, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations for our retail and e-commerce sales channels. This role is ideal for passionate, customer-focused individuals who enjoy connecting with riders and guiding them to the right products for their needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Customer Engagement
- Engage with riders to understand their needs and recommend the best products tailored to their requirements.
- Actively identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, events, community engagement, and social media.
- Follow up with leads and existing clients to drive repeat business and foster loyalty.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, including features, specifications, and benefits, to provide expert guidance to riders.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally and efficiently.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with riders to encourage repeat business and brand loyalty.
- Upsell and cross-sell products as necessary to meet individual and team sales goals.
- Follow up with riders post-delivery to ensure satisfaction and collect social proof (e.g., reviews, testimonials).
For Store Operations:
- Handle point-of-sale transactions, including billing, processing returns, and exchanges.
- Ensure all day-to-day store operations are executed efficiently, minimizing disruptions.
- Assist in stock management, including restocking shelves, maintaining inventory accuracy, monitoring stock levels, and conducting cycle counts.
- Assist with store merchandising to ensure products are displayed attractively and in an organized manner.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within the store, creating a welcoming environment for customers.
For E-commerce Operations:
- Collaborate with the customer support and fulfillment teams to ensure seamless online shopping experiences.
- Assist with the planning and execution of online sales campaigns and promotions.
- Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and complaints related to online orders.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in e-commerce, retail, or performance cycling industries.
- Passion for cycling and familiarity with cycling products is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-oriented mindset.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently to meet deadlines and targets.
- Team player with a collaborative approach.
- In-depth understanding of sales principles and practices.
- Ability to work rotational hours, including weekends and evenings, based on store operating hours.
