Job Description
- As an Assistant Manager - Reliability & Maintenance at Bunge, your role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of maintenance, reliability, and lifecycle cost goals to support the organization's business results. You will be reporting to the Assistant General Manager - Maintenance and will have the following key responsibilities:
- Translate the organization's business goals into appropriate Maintenance, Reliability, and Life Cycle Cost goals
- Create tactical and strategic plans for achieving the mission
- Prepare and present business cases for plan implementation
- Obtain approval and funding for executing the plans
- Identify barriers and risks to plan implementation and develop strategies to mitigate them
- Define necessary channels to communicate plan implementation status to stakeholders
- Develop and control the maintenance budget for optimized spending
- Monitor & control plant energy KPIs and ensure utility equipment uptime
- Facilitate good environmental, health, and safety performance
- Implement a structured process for performing maintenance work
- Ensure effective use and integration of information technologies
- Foster a culture that seeks to understand and eliminate equipment failures
- Create and implement equipment maintenance plans to support required levels of reliability

- Knowledge of pumps, couplings, seals, gearboxes, separators, heating and cooling systems
- Product and process knowledge in project management

Qualifications required for this role include:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
- 4-8 years of relevant experience
