Creative Lead (Hands-On, AI-Enabled)

Position: Creative Lead

Location: Hybrid, Bengaluru.

Reports To: Head of Marketing

Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic, hands-on Creative Lead to oversee and drive the creative output for client projects spanning digital and multimedia campaigns. This role goes beyond traditional design, demanding both high-level vision and active participation in daily asset creationleveraging both simple design software and cutting-edge AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the complete creative output for a range of projects, extending beyond visual design to copywriting, art, branding, and social/digital content.
• Set and guide the conceptual and aesthetic direction for all creative deliverables, ensuring consistency in messaging, tone, and visual identity.

• Foster collaboration and encourage innovative thinking.
• Work directly on asset creation and adaptation, using accessible design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Express, Figma) for rapid prototyping and final production.
• Use knowledge of AI-powered creative tools (such as Midjourney, DALL-E, Adobe Firefly, RunwayML, ChatGPT) to enhance ideation, streamline workflows, and accelerate content generation.
• Act as a bridge between creative strategy and execution, aligning team output with broader goals across campaigns.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, interpret briefs, pitch ideas, and ensure delivery meets both client and business standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience at creative/design role ready to lead, preferably within consulting, agency, or D2C.
• Proficiency with basic design tools: Canva, Adobe Express.
• Working knowledge of professional design suite: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, VN, Capcut etc
• Hands-on experience withAI-powered creative tools likeMidjourney, DALL-E, Adobe Firefly or Flux for image generation, RunwayML, Premiere Pro etcfor video editing/creation, Strong use of ChatGPT, Calude, Jasper, Notion AIforCopywriting/ideation.
• Competence in remote collaboration platforms (Google Workspace, Notion).
