Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Strategist based in Indore, India. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive social media strategies for both the company and the Directors personal brand and creating high-quality, engaging content.
You will be actively involved in video editing and production for social media platforms, planning and executing content calendars, optimizing engagement through Social Media Optimization (SMO), and analyzing performance metrics to improve campaign effectiveness. The role also includes coordinating with internal teams for public relations and branding activities, ensuring consistent and impactful communication aligned with organizational objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media strategies for company pages and Directors personal profiles.
- Create, edit, and optimize short-form and long-form video content for platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
- Manage day-to-day operations of social media accounts, including posting, monitoring, and responding to audience interactions.
- Plan monthly and quarterly content calendars aligned with business goals.
- Implement SMO techniques to improve reach, engagement, and follower growth.
- Track, analyze, and report social media performance metrics and insights.
- Coordinate with marketing, sales, and PR teams for integrated campaigns.
- Maintain brand consistency across all digital platforms.

Qualifications
- Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO).
- Strong skills in Content Strategy, Video Editing, and Digital Storytelling.
- Experience with video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or similar platforms.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to analyze performance data and create data-driven strategies.
- Proven experience in managing multiple social media platforms effectively.
- Knowledge of market trends and audience engagement techniques.
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with graphic design tools (Canva, Photoshop, etc.) is an added advantage.
