Finance Manager

 Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement the companys financial policies and procedures, including accounting standards, financial statement formats, budgeting and control. 2. Responsible for daily financial management, including accounting processing, voucher review, accounting verification, etc.

3. Organize the preparation of annual budget, and conduct follow-up and analysis to ensure the realization of the companys financial objectives.

4. Managed the companys cash flow, including fund allocation, banking processing, collection and payment, etc.

5. Review the companys financial statements and accounting records to ensure their authenticity and accuracy.

6. Organize and implement tax planning to ensure compliance with tax regulations and minimize tax burden.

8. Research market trends and industry dynamics to provide financial advice and decision support to companies.

9. Establish and maintain good relationships with external bodies such as banks, auditors and tax authorities in order to perform their work better;

10. Keep in touch with the headquarters at any time, report the financial status of the Indian company, and respond to the audit needs and annual audit needs of the headquarters.

 Requirements:

1, more than 8 years of financial work experience, more than 3 years of financial management related experience, have relevant industry experience;

3, integrity, honesty, with good communication skills;

4, recognize the company culture, fluent English, Chinese is preferred.
