Job Description
Role:
Lead the end-to-end Legal & Compliance function for a financial services organization, ensuring strong regulatory governance while enabling business growth.
What You'll Do?
- Own compliance across SEBI, RBI, Companies Act, FEMA and related regulations
- Lead legal strategy for fund structures, investment products, and new launches
- Review and close key agreements: vendor, distribution, partnerships, and investments
- Advise leadership on regulatory, governance, and risk matters
- Work closely with product, risk, and business teams on new initiatives
- Manage regulatory interactions, audits, and reporting
- Build and lead a high-performing legal team
What We're Looking For?
- 12-18 years in Legal & Compliance (financial services preferred)
- Strong exposure to regulatory frameworks and investment products
