- Support Excellence Programs & Supplier Integration Program concepts, rules, checklists, KPIs, punctuation, to keep pushing for continuous improvements and high levels of standardization.
- Alignment with Logistics Operations & Suppliers, clarify doubts, issue communications, gather KPI data, share best practices, maintain team engagement
- Support physical and remote audits, as per the Excellence Program's schedule.
- Prepare the Program results & support organizing awarding ceremonies and all it entails
- Implement the Excellence Training Program, determine the required trainings and attendees, schedule the sessions, and drive engagement among the team members
- Prepare communication / awareness / training material for various initiatives across the Distribution related to Digital Transformation, Process Optimization, etc.
- Perform routine operational activities receiving guidance.
- Assist in one or more processes.
- Comply with BRF Sustainability Policy guidelines, ensure adherence to BRF Sustainability Plan through activities in its routines that promotes compliance with the indicators and global ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) commitments of the Company, ensuring the connection between its actions and sustainable development in the BRF chain.
Job Responsibilities
Academic Background
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Supply Chain, International Relations, Engineering or any related field
- Auditing certifications will be considered an asset
Desirable requirements
- Computer Skills: Office (Strong skills in Excel, PowerPoint), Intelligence Dashboards (such as Tableau & Power BI), and SAP
- Complex thinking, and ability to deal with multiple stakeholders in a multicultural environment
- Agile, proactive, and able to effectively work within a team
- Strong communication skills, ability to speak in public and provide training sessions
- Project management skills, and being able to lead on projects
- Change management skills, and being able to motivate others
- Passionate person, with sense of urgency and responsibility
- Strong analytical and critical profile, driven by continuous improvement
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Knowledge of audit practices and processes
- Willing to travel, whenever required

About Company
The Bahujan Volunteer Force or BVF are volunteers, both men and women mostly youth among party workers belonging to Bahujan Samaj Party. They are mainly used for Crowd control as well as managing party rallies and averting violence during the programmes of the party.[4][5][6][7] Keeping in mind the vastness of the party affairs and with a view to conduct the organizational affairs effectively these volunteers are trained to deal with the crowds. The BSP is known for its discipline due to BVF as they make party’s rallies are well organised.[8][9] The BVF has blue and white uniform with a cap that has the BSP emblem.[10][11] BSP workers are between 18 and 40 years old are members of BVF. BVF is headed by a Vidhan Sabha convenor and co-convenor at the level of Assembly constituency and by a district convenor and a co-convenor at the district level. BVF has 2000 volunteers in Delhi, including 600 women,[12] and more than 28000 volunteers nationwide.
