Maintain the integrity of personnel data and records for the company. This includes employee data and compensation and benefits, which should be managed and maintained in accordance to the policies and guidelines of the company.


Responsibilities


  • Follow up with new hires file completion and issue SAP ID, and Employee card. Keep hard copy of files as required from government.

  • Manage benefit medical and life enrollment for employees with various eligibility levels.

  • Maintain employee benefit records and work-paper documentation (salary letters, employment certificates, etc) in accordance with internal requirements to ensure compliance.

  • Support business requirements by consolidating monthly HR Dashboards.

  • Maintain confidentiality of information, and manage e-filing for all employee benefits.

  • Administer and monitor the employee life cycle related changes to e.g. transfers, ending of employments, promotions, awards and salary changes by communicating with other stakeholders (HR & ES Payroll), and reporting these changes back to HR on monthly basis.

  • Accurate and timely processing of updates and changes of compensation and benefits (new hires, transfers, merit increases, job changes, etc) on SAP and MenaMe.

  • Working with HR systems HRIS, and managing any technical issues - Manage the development and maintenance of the HRIS.

  • Support HRBPs with Recruitment, Onboarding process, and Learning & Development administrations.

  • Comply with BRF Sustainability Policy guidelines, ensure adherence to BRF Sustainability Plan through activities in its routines that promote compliance with the indicators and global ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) commitments of the Company, ensuring the connection between its actions and sustainable development in the BRF chain.







Academic Background




University degree in Business Administration or related field






Desirable requirements




  • English fluent

  • Excellent knowledge of local labor law and payroll regulations

  • Ability to apply critical thinking skills to complex issues

  • Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities

  • Problem solving acumen

  • Experience using SAP

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office

About Company

The Bahujan Volunteer Force or BVF are volunteers, both men and women mostly youth among party workers belonging to Bahujan Samaj Party. They are mainly used for Crowd control as well as managing party rallies and averting violence during the programmes of the party.[4][5][6][7] Keeping in mind the vastness of the party affairs and with a view to conduct the organizational affairs effectively these volunteers are trained to deal with the crowds. The BSP is known for its discipline due to BVF as they make party’s rallies are well organised.[8][9] The BVF has blue and white uniform with a cap that has the BSP emblem.[10][11] BSP workers are between 18 and 40 years old are members of BVF. BVF is headed by a Vidhan Sabha convenor and co-convenor at the level of Assembly constituency and by a district convenor and a co-convenor at the district level. BVF has 2000 volunteers in Delhi, including 600 women,[12] and more than 28000 volunteers nationwide.
