About the Role:

We areseekinga detail-oriented and proactiveFinance and Accounts Specialistto join our team in Udaipur. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work on core financial operations, taxation, compliance, budgeting, and wealth management. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Indian and international financial regulations and a passion for driving financial excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounting & Compliance

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations including AP/AR, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Ensure compliance withGST,Income Tax, andPFregulations.
• Handle tax filings, audits, and statutory documentation.

Budgeting & Financial Planning

• Lead annualbudget planning, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Supportfinancial consolidationacross departments or business units.
  
• Provide insightsforcost optimization and financial strategy.

Taxation (India & International)

• Stay updated with changes inIndian tax lawsandinternational tax frameworks.
• Ensure compliance withBEPS,DTAA, and cross-border taxation norms.

Mutual Funds & Wealth Management

• Assistin evaluating mutual fund performance and portfolio diversification.
• Support wealth management initiatives for internal stakeholders or clients.
• Analyze market trends and recommend investment strategies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors orMasters degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 37 years of experience in finance, accounting, or taxation roles.
• Strong knowledge ofGST,Income Tax,PF, andbudgeting practices
