Responsibilities:
- Perform client acquisition and strong relationship management with a portfolio of global VIP clients.
- Build rapport, including enhancing and expanding relationships with existing clients via frequent and sustained communication.
- Building key customer service processes and systems, formulating management rules, and tracking the status of key customers.
- Analyze the clients behavior, identify their unspoken needs, prepare key customer analysis reports.
- Liaise with various stakeholders from different departments to provide optimal excellent service solutions and experience.
- Develop potential clients growth through product offerings, offline marketing activities, events and campaigns.
- Work with relevant marketing teams to increase brand awareness, drive leads and conversion of VIP tiers.
- Maintain data and information for weekly updates and analysis.

- At least 4-7 years of working experience in sales and client services function with international financial background in banking, investments, etc
- Client portfolio including institutional clients, High net-worth individuals, private bank customers with brokers, futures institutions or commercial banks, etc.
- Candidates experience working in trading platforms or exchanges are highly advantageous.
- Strong communication and written skills in both Polish and Ukrainian.
- Candidates fluent in other languages such as English would be highly advantageous.
- Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines while maintaining good multi-tasking skills.
