Were looking for a sharp, detail-obsessed Finance Intern to join our growing Finance team. This role is perfect for recent postgraduates who are eager to dive into the real world of finance, accounting, and compliance operations. Youll get hands-on experience across payroll, tax, reporting, and financial planning with the potential for a Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) based on performance.
???? What Youll Do

• Payroll & Compliance: Assist in payroll processing, salary calculations, and statutory deductions while ensuring adherence to compliance standards.
• Accounting Operations: Maintain day-to-day financial records, journal entries, and reconciliations to support accurate bookkeeping.
• Tax & Regulatory: Help prepare and file GST and TDS returns in compliance with Indian regulations.
• Financial Reporting: Support the preparation of balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Closings: Assist with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial closing processes.
• FP&A: Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and preparation of MIS reports and dashboards.
• Cash Flow Management: Monitor liquidity, identify risks/opportunities, and help optimize cash flow.
• Compliance Standards: Ensure accuracy with adherence to Indian & US GAAP, Company Act, and CS regulations.
