Job Description
- As a Channel Management professional at CRI, your role will involve:
- Creating, Developing and managing the network of Distributors, Dealers, Sub-dealers, Retailers, and Mediators
- Being responsible for achieving the product-wise targets and improving the market share in Agriculture and Residential Segments
- Planning & executing various promotional and advertising activities to enhance Brand liveliness
- Deriving and executing business strategies and concepts for Counters and Market growth
- Developing and managing field-level sales force to manage the network, build the brand among mediators & customers including Sales Representatives and Dealer marketing executives
- Extensive traveling across the allotted territory will be required
Qualifications & Experience:
- Engineering / Management graduate with a minimum of 2 years of experience in Channel Management
- Age limit: 25 - 30 years

- Reporting to: Region Manager - Marketing
- Relevant Industry experience in Pump, Automobile, Pipes, or any Engineering Industry
