**Location:** Coimbatore
**Area of Operation:** PAN India
**Qualification & Experience:** Post Graduate or Graduate with a good exposure to managing various system applications or e-business processes, specifically in marketing functions, with 5 years and above experience.
**Age Limit:** 27-35 years of age

- Responsible for the complete marketing automation business process, including CRM, Sales Force Applications, Channel Management Applications, Chatbot, E-Commerce, etc.
- Spearhead all aspects related to system implementation in all marketing applications.
- Perform various analyses on business processes related to productivity and usage of all digital processes and monitor the implemented changes.
- Gather requirements for new business processes or process amendments and coordinate with the application development team for finalizing the commercials, solution delivery, UAT, and implementation.
- Present progress reports and integrate feedback.
- Monitor employees" system adherence and usage of the same.
- Scale up application usage with proper training tools for respective application users.
- Innovate and adopt process automation in all applications based on data analysis or input from stakeholders and research competitors or other industry practices.

- Appoint and manage agencies and consultants for various application development.
- Lead and motivate members of the E-Business process team.
**Desired Candidate Profile:**
- Male candidates with a strong functional knowledge of business process automation and metrics, along with leadership qualities, innovation, good communication, and quick decision-making skills.
**Reporting to:** VP - Marketing
**Relevant Industry:** Electrical & Electronics, Durable Goods, FMCG, Tractors, Paints, Tyres, Seeds & Pesticides, Automobiles, etc.
**Specific Company:** Salary and benefits will be commensurate with qualifications and experience, and will not be a constraint for deserving candidates. Innovative compensation schemes are offered. Candidates should own a laptop compulsorily.
