About C2TREDS
C2FO has recently got in-principal approval from the Reserve Bank of India to set up a Trade Receivable Discounting Systems platform (TReDS) in India. The TReDS team is building the platform and will scale it to drive value for Indian MSMEs.
C2FO owns, operates and manages an online platform C2TReDS and has obtained an in-principal approval from RBI (as hereinafter defined) to carry on the TReDS business via the Platform by letter dated July 7, 2022 issued by the Department of Payments and Settlements of the RBI.
About The Position - Supplier Relation Manager (SRM)
The SRM C2TReDS is a B2B inside sales job, which is highly focused on acquiring & onboarding new MSME suppliers on C2TReDS platform exchange which envisage to perform the following duties:
- Completing the KYB / KYC journey of the Entities and their signatories.
- Ensuring proper due diligence to be conducted
- Nurturing, servicing the suppliers for a long-term relationship for a repeated business.
- Encourage their supply chains to participate in the C2FO TReDS exchange for invoice discounting.
- Foster long-term utilization of our working capital platform.

Key Requirements
- Strong financial acumen,
- Experience in relationship management
- Stakeholder management (internal and external)
- Highly motivated with excellent work ethic and ability to work in fast paced organization.
- Experience with SalesForce (not mandatory)
- Good understanding of Supply chain.
- Proficiency in MS word, excel, outlook, good analytical abilities.
- Demonstrated expertise in providing client support and creating portfolios.
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

- Post-Graduation in Finance, Sales and Marketing (preferred but not mandatory)
- Understanding of TReDS or supply chain finance will be an added advantage.
- Minimum bachelors degree (Mandatory)
- Proven experience in client handling and requirement analysis.
- Strong expertise in developing and implementing standard operating procedures for training.
- Previous experience in providing client support and portfolio management.
- Proficiency in conducting quality and catalogue analysis.
