Job Description

**Job Summary:**
You will be a part of the GCS Organization for the DSG (Digital & Sign-off Group), partnering with global Cadence customers to offer post-sales technical consultation on digital & sign-off domain products. Your role involves understanding and resolving complex issues, guiding customers on leveraging the latest tool capabilities, and assisting in software implementation within their design methodologies. You will gain technical knowledge, exposure to industry practices, and showcase expertise through impactful knowledge content creation.
**Job Responsibilities:**
- Provide technical consultation on digital & sign-off toolset usage to ensure customer satisfaction
- Resolve problems creatively using domain knowledge and business experience, providing valuable feedback to R&D
- Publish high-quality knowledge content in the DSG domain
- Offer technical leadership and mentoring to a small team to deliver quality results on schedule
- Identify and recommend solutions for highly complex problems
**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical/Electronics/Electronics and Communication/VLSI Engineering with 7 years of related experience
- Or Master's with 4 years of related experience
- Or PhD with 4 years of related experience
**Experience and Technical Skills required:**
- Over 4 years of experience in Physical design and sign-off tools or design methodologies/flows
- Proficiency in digital & sign-off tool set with expert-level skills, ability to analyze customer environments, architect flows, and anticipate technical issues
- Strong debugging skills and the ability to prioritize critical issues
**Behavioral skills required:**
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Establish close relationships with customers and management
- Think creatively to find solutions, work effectively across functions and geographies, and continuously strive for excellence with integrity.
