Sr. Principal Product Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary interface between customers and corporate R&D for all system-level design and analysis challenges.

• Capture requirements, develop, test, and deliver software integrations that address unique customer needs.

• Evaluate and qualify technical issues using provided test cases, and execute expert-level benchmarks.

• Establish efficient workflows to improve system design and analysis tool quality and performance.

• Resolve complex customer issues in collaboration with R&D, field teams, foundries, and global Product Engineers.

  

• Define product requirements and enhancements in partnership with cross-functional stakeholders.

• Partner with WFO to drive timely and professional product rollouts.

Job Qualifications:

• 9+ years of experience in Parasitic Extraction, with a Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering

• Strong background in LVS, DRC, Extraction (Quantus), EMIR including third party tools

• Experience with Extraction in advanced technology nodes.

• Knowledge of physical verification processes, including test & measurement and simulation correlation.

• Familiarity with circuit simulation tools such as Spectre and other third party simulation tools

• Excellent communication skills - comfortable engaging with customers and cross-functional teams.

• Fluent in spoken and written English.

Additional Skills/Preferences:

• Programming experience in Tcl, Python, or SKILL.
