Job Description
- As a member of the Marketing & Brand Management team at Cadila Pharmaceuticals, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic brand plans for leading brands in high-impact therapy areas. Your role will involve conducting market analysis, identifying opportunities, and partnering with Sales teams to drive brand visibility and business growth. Additionally, you will conceptualize and execute promotional campaigns, organize engagement programs, and manage product lifecycle, positioning, pricing, and packaging. Tracking performance metrics and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards will also be key aspects of your responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop & execute strategic brand plans (annual & long-term)
- Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities & portfolio gaps
- Partner with Sales teams to drive brand visibility & business growth
- Conceptualize & execute promotional campaigns (digital + in-clinic)
- Organize CMEs, conferences & KOL engagement programs
- Manage product lifecycle, positioning, pricing & packaging
- Track performance metrics & share business insights with leadership
- Ensure compliance with regulatory & promotional standards
Qualifications Required:
- MBA/PGDM in Marketing, Life Sciences, or Pharmacy (preferred)
