Job Description

    Role Overview:
    As a Sales Manager at Cadila Pharma, your role will involve driving sales, market share, product mix, and profitability in alignment with budgeted goals. You will be responsible for improving low-performing territories through focused strategies and ensuring business hygiene by minimizing expiries/returns, managing collections, and ensuring stock liquidation. Additionally, you will lead and mentor field teams to success, ensuring 100% field force deployment and alignment with marketing strategies.
    Key Responsibilities:
    - Achieve targets by driving sales, market share, product mix, and profitability in line with budgeted goals.
    - Develop strategies to improve performance in low-performing territories.
    - Manage business hygiene by minimizing expiries/returns, managing collections, and ensuring stock liquidation.
    - Lead, mentor, and train field teams for success.
    - Ensure 100% field force deployment and alignment with marketing strategies.
    - Support internal talent growth and performance management.
    - Meet key performance indicators such as doctor calls, MCR, KOL coverage, YPM, etc.
    - Implement marketing strategies effectively.
    - Monitor competitors and provide insights for tactical adjustments.
    - Strengthen relationships with key opinion leaders.
    - Drive return on investment through effective KOL engagement and field presence.
    - Grow second-line brands and drive successful new product launches.
    - Uphold company reputation and professionalism in the field.
    Qualification Required:

    - Bachelor's degree in a related field (MBA preferred).
    - Proven experience in sales management within the pharmaceutical industry.
    - Strong leadership and team development skills.
    - Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
    - Understanding of market dynamics and competitor analysis.
    - Ability to drive sales growth and meet targets effectively.
