Job Overview
The Marketing Manager will be accountable for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth for CAFU across all channels.
Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer, this role will work closely with the Executive Team and will be the go-to for all marketing initiatives, campaign development, channel optimization, and social media strategy.
The Marketing Manager will also be responsible for building and leading a high-performing marketing team while ensuring all marketing activities align with business objectives and deliver measurable ROI.
Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
- Develop comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business growth targets
- Partner with executive team on brand positioning and market expansion
- Establish marketing KPIs and ROI metrics
- Design multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms
- Optimize marketing mix and budget allocation across channels
- Conduct A/B testing and campaign performance optimization
- Develop social media strategy across all major platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Create content calendars and manage brand voice consistency
- Execute social media campaigns and influencer partnerships
- Oversee SEO, SEM, display advertising, and programmatic campaigns
- Implement marketing automation and lead nurturing programs
- Manage website optimization and email marketing initiatives
- Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing marketing team
- Establish clear roles, responsibilities, and performance expectations

- Foster a culture of creativity, data-driven decision making, and continuous improvement
- Manage team development and career growth initiatives
- 10+ years of experience in marketing leadership roles with at least 5 years managing marketing teams
- MUST have experience leading end-to-end marketing operations including campaign development, execution, and optimization
- Proven track record in technology-enabled or high-growth organizations strongly preferred
- Bachelors degree in marketing, Business, or related field; MBA preferred
- Strong expertise in digital marketing, social media management, and channel optimization
- Experience with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools
- Demonstrated success in building and scaling marketing teams
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and drive strategic decisions
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience in the UAE market and understanding of regional consumer behavior preferred
