Job Description
- As an Intern at Caldic located in Navi Mumbai, you will have the opportunity to support the team with various tasks related to procurement and project management for a duration of 6 months with an onsite work arrangement. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the team in uploading new vendors in the system as per procurement protocols
- Assisting in raising & releasing Purchase Orders (POs) and Work Orders in coordination with the procurement team
- Helping in drafting contracts and agreements with service providers under supervision
- Liaising with consultants, contractors, and vendors for timely updates and documentation
- Participating in site visits and coordinating with on-ground teams to monitor project progress
- Maintaining records of project activities, approvals, and correspondence
- Assisting in ensuring compliance with safety and operational guidelines during implementation
- Taking part in team meetings, vendor discussions, and review calls
As a requirement for this role, you should have:
- Bachelor's degree in B. Tech (Civil/Mechanical/Electrical)
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Willingness to travel to site frequently
