Job Title: Senior Sales Executive
Location: Gujarat
Work Arrangement: Remote
Key Responsibilities
- The candidate will be responsible for growth of sales and profitability of existing sales & new customer developments and will be responsible for west Region.
- Candidate will also be responsible for mining out market information, through regular customer interactions, educating customers about specific product lines and closing business and maintaining such accounts.
- Determine customer requirements and expectations in order to recommend specific products and solutions.
- Develop information by checking customers buying history; suggesting related and new items; explaining technical features.
- Maintain proficiency in updating, tracking and submitting reports to Industry Manager.
- Adept at maintaining and updating customer data and feedback on a real time basis in Microsoft Dynamics software and has the ability to discuss commercial matters if need be.
- Manage time effectively, meet personal goals and work effectively with other members of the team.
- Should be willing to travel to meet customer for new projects, building relationship, understand needs and solve queries. Travel will be limited and need based.
- Candidate with B.sc with Chemistry or bachelors degree in Pharma
- Minimum 4 to 6 years of relevant sales experience to Pharma.
- Ability to understand new products / applications relevant to these industries and able to effectively communicate about the same so as to handle commercial business and sales.
- Bringing in established contacts with R & D and Purchase team in pharmaceutical industry will be an added advantage.
- Strong communication skills, organized player with strong ethics.
