We are seeking a Head of Marketing to lead our marketing function in Dubai. This role demands a dynamic, forward-thinking leader with deep expertise in digital marketing and content strategy. The ideal candidate has 10+ years of experience in consumer focused industries and a proven track record of delivering campaigns that are as bold as they are effective. You will be responsible for shaping and executing Caliber Brands marketing vision, driving engagement, and ensuring our products and campaigns stand out in a crowded marketplace.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute a cutting-edge marketing strategy that reflects the evolution of digital channels and consumer behavior.

Lead end-to-end campaign planning and execution, from concept to launch.

Drive brand positioning across all touchpoints with a focus on storytelling, influencer partnerships, and social media.

Oversee content strategy across digital platforms to maximize engagement and conversion.

Build and manage relationships with influencers, agencies, and key stakeholders across the region.

Analyze campaign performance and consumer insights to continuously optimize strategy.

Lead and inspire a team of marketers, ensuring creativity, accountability, and results.

Stay ahead of emerging marketing trends, platforms, and technologies.

Requirements

10+ years of progressive marketing experience in consumer goods, lifestyle, or a related industry.

Proven expertise in digital marketing with strong knowledge of social media, performance marketing, influencer collaborations, and content creation.

Experience developing high-impact, attention-grabbing campaigns.

Strong understanding of cultural trends in the Middle East, particularly in influencer and digital ecosystems.

Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire creativity and deliver results.

Passion for digital marketing and an entrepreneurial mindset.
