Job Title - Sales ManagerAbout the Role
We are seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to lead business development initiatives, drive revenue growth, and expand the client portfolio within the outsourcing and workforce solutions sector. The role focuses on building strong client relationships, identifying new opportunities, and managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure.Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development & Revenue Growth
Identify and pursue new business opportunities across target industries.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
Build a strong pipeline through networking, referrals, and market research.
Lead client presentations, proposals, and negotiations.
Client Relationship Management
Develop long-term partnerships with corporate clients.
Understand client workforce requirements and propose suitable solutions.
Ensure high client satisfaction and retention through proactive engagement.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
Sales Strategy & Market Expansion
Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and pricing strategies.
Identify new sectors and markets for outsourcing services.
Contribute to service positioning, value propositions, and sales messaging.
Support leadership in defining sales targets and growth strategies.
Team Collaboration & Reporting
Work closely with recruitment, operations, and finance teams.
Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reports.
Track KPIs and provide regular performance updates to management.
Support proposal preparation, contract finalization, and onboarding processes.Qualifications & Experience
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
5–8 years of sales experience, preferably in outsourcing, staffing, or B2B services.
Proven track record of achieving revenue targets and closing large accounts.Key Skills & Competencies
