Job Description

    The position of Associate Director - Sales at Calsoft involves being accountable for driving business development and sales of the company's outsourced product development services. With approximately 15 years of experience, you will have the opportunity to work in either Bangalore or Pune. As a hands-on manager, you will lead a team to achieve revenue targets by enhancing productivity and efficiency. Your role will include collaborating with the engineering and presales teams to identify new business opportunities, qualify sales prospects, manage the sales process, and negotiate contracts.
    To excel in this role, you should possess a strong understanding of technology and a background in Product Engineering Services. Successful candidates will demonstrate a track record of successfully managing sales opportunities from initiation to closure, showcasing negotiation skills, and proposing innovative solutions. An ideal candidate would be proactive, energetic, and possess a drive for sales. Previous experience in selling engineering services, particularly in Calsoft's core areas such as Infrastructure, Storage, Virtualization, Networking, Telecom, IoT, Cloud, Security, AI/ML/Analytics, and digital product engineering, is highly valued.
    Furthermore, familiarity with India's product engineering landscape and processes is essential for effective collaboration with the local engineering and sales teams. Developing and nurturing relationships at the CTO/VP Engineering levels within potential client organizations is crucial for success in this role. Experience in selling outsourced product development services will be advantageous, along with the ability to thrive in a dynamic work environment.
