CTC: 12000 - 15000 take home per month in the probation period of 3 months. Based on candidates performance, it can be revised upto 22000 rs per month.

Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Candidate Sourcing: Identify and source candidates from various job portals, social media, and other recruitment platforms.
• Screening & Shortlisting: Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and skills. Shortlist candidates based on their skillset and compatibility with job requirements.
• Interview Coordination: Conduct telephonic interviews to evaluate candidates, ensuring they mee the role requirements and organizational culture.
• Candidate Grooming: Guide and coach candidates on the interview process, helping them prepare effectively.
• Training Programs: Organize and facilitate training programs aimed at skill development and improving overall candidate quality.
• On-Campus Drives: Coordinate and participate in on-campus recruitment drives to identify and hire fresh talent.

  Maintain accurate records of candidate communications, interview notes, and recruitment status updates.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Any undergraduate or graduate degree is acceptable.
• Prior experience in recruitment is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Good interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships. Enthusiastic, proactive, and results-oriented mindset.
