Role Description

The Virtual Relationship Manager will be responsible for maintaining relationships with clients and providing exceptional customer service. Key responsibilities include addressing client inquiries, offering tailored solutions, managing accounts, and ensuring smooth execution of administrative and operational tasks. The role also involves cross-selling financial products and services, aligning with the companys offerings to meet client needs. This is a full-time, on-site position located in Navi Mumbai.

Qualifications
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship management skills
  • Ability to handle client queries effectively and provide timely resolutions
  • Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms for virtual client interactions

    Basic understanding of financial services, mutual funds, and account management
  • Problem-solving abilities and a results-oriented mindset
  • Experience in customer service or relationship management roles
  • Bachelors degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
  • Knowledge of asset management or capital market processes is an advantage
