Canadian Executive Search Group (CES), a division of Arrow Workforce Solutions (AWS), is now hiring Warehouse Maintenance Technician for our client in Arlington, Texas. These are full time, temp to perm positions for Members.
Location: Arlington, Texas
Start Date: Hiring Immediately
Wages: From to $28+ hourly depending on position and experience for probationary period
Hours: 1pm-9:30pm + This role will require flexibility due to us being an operation and a shift pattern will be put in place that will require working nights and weekends including overtime.

Description
The role of a Plant Maintenance, Electrician, Technician, and Trainee is to participate in the Total and
Preventive Maintenance (TPM) for all equipment and facilities
The Main Missions Of The Roles Are To
black small square Install, repair and maintain all equipment and facilities
black small square Perform minor repairs to building fixtures, perform minor plumbing repairs, clean electrical fixtures,
replace bulbs and do painting
black small square Analyse mechanical and operational problems on assigned equipment and make necessary
corrections and running adjustments to maintain maximum production and quality
black small square Try out equipment after repairs, changeovers or extended downtime
black small square Record operational data, such as pressure readings, length of stroke, feeds and speeds for use in set-up
and preventive maintenance records
black small square Propose and implement continuous productivity and quality improvement actions for all facilities and
process efficiency
black small square Give advice on technical specifications of a new equipment and alterations on existing equipment
and facilities, making sure manufacturing, Health, Safety and Environment and maintainability
requirements are met
black small square Participate in the management of the inventory of spare parts and consumables to eliminate downtime
black small square Keep up to date documentation related to maintenance
black small square Train operators on the safe operation of production equipment
black small square Maintain clean and safe working environment in line with company policy
black small square Adhere to all work rules and procedures

Job Knowledge / Skills / Qualifications
black small square Technical dipolima and/or journey man card
black small square Perform taks of substantial variety/complexity which require an extensive knowledge of
fabrication/processing techniques, tools, materials, machines and equipment
black small square Electrical wiring and mechanical skills
black small square Working knowledge of Quality systems and Health, Safety and Environmental skills
black small square Strong technical problem solving skills
black small square Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
black small square Satisfactory company work record, including attendance
black small square Successful completion of Faurecia’s in-house training program
black small square Ability to follow instruction verbal and written – good math, language and reading skills required
black small square Good communication skills demonstrated by the ability to communicate with employees of all levels
black small square Demonstrate the ability to work as part of a team and in a positive manner
black small square Level 1 can perform maintenance, electrician, and electronics technician duties
black small square Level 2 can perform maintenance and electrician duties only or electrician and electronics technician

black small square Level 3 can perform maintenance duties only or electricain duties only
black small square Level 4 Trainee must pass standardized test and do on job training in order of maintenance skillset,
electrician skillset, technician skillset, and complete 4 year apprentice period.
Physical Requirements
black small square Job involves lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds, exerts 25 to 100 pounds of force occasionally and
exerts 10 to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects
black small square Requires pushing, pulling, reaching, standing, walking, gripping and bending
black small square High mental and visual effort required
black small square Work involves considerable bending and twisting
black small square Able and willing to work overtime when required – up to 12 hours a day / 7 days a week
Safety / Hazards
black small square Steel toed shoes required in production area at all times due to physical hazards from moving
equipment, machine parts and product
black small square ANSI Z87.1 standard safety glasses required in production area due to dust, oils and debris
black small square Kevlar sleeves required in production area due to potential lacerations
black small square May be Exposed to flying objects such as weld slag and sparks
black small square May be exposed to weld fumes and dust
black small square Exposed to moderate burns, cuts and bruises
black small square Exposed to significant temperature changes in the facility – (heat in the summer / cold in the winter)
