Job Description

Job Title: Advertising Sales Manager

Job Summary

The Advertising Sales Manager is responsible for driving advertising revenue by identifying potential clients, building strong relationships, and selling advertising solutions across various platforms such as digital, print, television, radio, or outdoor media.

Experience: 7-10 years

Location: Khar west

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement advertising sales strategies to meet revenue targets.

- Identify and approach new clients, agencies, and businesses for advertising opportunities.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with advertisers and media agencies.

- Present advertising proposals, media plans, and campaign solutions to clients.

- Negotiate advertising contracts, pricing, and campaign terms.

- Coordinate with marketing, creative, and campaign teams to ensure successful campaign execution.

- Monitor campaign performance and provide reports to clients.

- Track sales metrics, forecast revenue, and maintain sales pipelines.

- Attend networking events, industry conferences, and client meetings to generate leads.

- Manage and mentor advertising sales executives (if managing a team).

Required Skills & Competencies:

- Strong sales, negotiation, and presentation skills

- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities

- Knowledge of advertising platforms and media planning

- Ability to meet sales targets and work in a fast-paced environment

- Analytical skills for evaluating campaign performance and ROI

- CRM and sales tracking tool experience
