Canarys - Assistant Vice President - Sales - Life Sciences Sector

We are looking for a senior enterprise sales professional to drive new-logo acquisition and strategic enterprise sales for AI-enabled Life Sciences Compliance, Quality & Pharmacovigilance platforms.
What You will Sell:
AI-powered enterprise solutions for:
- Quality & Regulatory Compliance
- Pharmacovigilance & Drug Safety
- Audit & inspection readiness
- 21 CFR Part 11 & quality-system assessments
- PV process automation and regulatory reporting
- Compliance, quality & safety intelligence

Key Responsibilities:
- Drive prospecting, account strategy and new-logo acquisition
- Engage senior stakeholders across Quality, Regulatory, Safety & PV
- Lead consultative discovery, workshops, demos and POCs
- Own proposals, commercial negotiations and enterprise closures
- Build strong sales pipelines and accurate forecasts
- Drive complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
- Ensure smooth transition to delivery/implementation teams
Ideal Candidate:
- 7+ years of B2B / Enterprise Sales experience
- 5+ years of direct enterprise sales in Life Sciences / Pharma / HealthTech / RegTech / QMS / eQMS / Pharmacovigilance
- Proven success in new-logo acquisition and high-value enterprise deals
- Strong understanding of regulated Life Sciences environments
- Experience engaging Quality, Regulatory, PV, Technology, Clinical & Procurement stakeholders
- Knowledge of 21 CFR Part 11, GxP, GVP, EU Annex 11, ICH or CSV is an advantage
- Excellent English & Hindi communication skills
Qualification:
- MBA / relevant postgraduate qualification in Business, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Clinical Research or Healthcare Management.
