Position overview –
We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Workforce Business Intelligence analyst to join our team. The primary responsibility of the role is to collect, analyze and interpret workforce data to provide intelligent and actionable insights and recommendations to support informed decision-making related to human resource and workforce management.
Responsibilities:
Data Extraction & Transformation – Retrieve, clean, and transform data from various sources into usable formats for analysis.
Data Modeling – Experience in creating and maintaining data models and data structures that optimize reporting and analysis.
Data Analysis – Experience in performing data analysis to uncover trends, patterns, and insights that drive business decisions.
Data Visualization – Develop engaging visualization to effectively communicate data insights to end stakeholders.
Documentation – Expertise in documenting BI solutions, data sources, and processes for knowledge sharing and future reference.
Technology Stack Experience –
SQL; BI Dashboards dev (e.g. Looker, Power BI, etc.);
Excel and Google Sheets Power User; Data Eng (data processing & pipelines) ; Data Visualization & Story Telling. Experience in Workforce Management or similar environment (Preferred but not mandatory)
Role experience –

• 2 years of experience in a data driven environment as a data or Business Intelligence Analyst.
• Strong Analytical skills and experienced in performing data analysis to address business questions.

Get Hired
• Bachelor’s degree in STEM or related field, MCA or MBA from tier II institute.
• Proven BI experience in analytics, including development of dashboards/ reports, data validation & report automation.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and hands on experience in Looker or PowerBI.
• Experience with data manipulation, data integration, and ETL processes – desired not mandatory.
  

Excellent problem solving and communication skills, ability to work independently or as a team player.
