Role Overview:
As an Integration Analyst at Tarento, your role is to provide end-to-end solution expertise across finance, with deep process and technical knowledge of SAP FICO. You will work towards ensuring that the products designed and supported are managed in an integrated manner according to the company's vision, control requirements, and governance models. Additionally, you will collaborate with the solutions team to advise and support control and security role audits and projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draw on end-to-end solution knowledge to ask pertinent questions around solution integration considerations
- Represent the company in various forums and articulate the products and services provided
- Collaborate with security teams on user access provisioning and compliance with segregation of duties
- Investigate, diagnose, and resolve control deficiencies identified by automated business controls
- Support the templates and solutions to enhance customer service in learning, controls, data, or integration
- Drive integration and continuous improvement across templates, solutions, and disciplines
- Engage with architects and product owners to understand product roadmaps and visions
- Provide due diligence on the development direction of solutions in alignment with company visions
- Embrace agile principles and ways of working
Qualifications Required:
- Suitably qualified professional in Finance (CA/CA (Inter)/Post Graduation in Finance from a reputed university)

- Passion and experience in understanding business requirements and improving processes and systems
- Ability to work and collaborate within a virtual global team environment
- Effective prioritization skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to build relationships with business stakeholders, technical teams, and delivery teams
- Strong knowledge of end-to-end finance processes in an SAP environment and integration with other areas
