Key Responsibilities:- SAP S/4HANA Sales & Business Development: Generate and close high-value deals forSAP consulting, implementation, AMS (Application Management Services), and cloud migration.
- Enterprise & CXO Engagement: Build strong relationships withCIOs, CTOs, CFOs, IT Directors, and Procurement Headsto drive SAP transformation projects.
- P&L Ownership & Revenue Growth: Take full responsibility for thesales pipeline, deal closures, revenue targets, and profitability.
- SAP Partner Ecosystem & Alliances: Work closely withSAP, hyperscalers (AWS, Azure, GCP), and technology partnersto create go-to-market strategies.
- Solution Selling & RFP Management: LeadRFPs, proposals, pricing, and contract negotiationsfor SAP consulting services.
- Industry Focus & Market Penetration: Drive sales in key industries such asManufacturing, Retail, Automotive, CPG, Pharma, BFSI, and Public Sector
.
Key Requirements:? 7+ years of SAP consulting sales experience, with a strong focus onSAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP, SAP Cloud, and SAP Managed Services.
? Proven track record ofhitting multi-million-dollar sales targetsin SAP consulting & implementation.

? Experience inP&L management, forecasting, and revenue planning.
? Ability to leadsales cycles from lead generation to closure, including contract negotiations.
? Deep understanding ofSAP S/4HANA roadmap, RISE with SAP, cloud migration strategies, and business transformation needs.
? Excellentcommunication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
