We are looking for a driven and experienced HR Manager / Recruiter to lead our human resources function with a strong focus on recruitment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building teams, and has a proven track record in hiring real estate agents. You will be responsible for both strategic HR operations and day-to-day talent acquisition, helping us scale as we continue to grow and expand.
Key Responsibilities:
Real Estate Recruitment Focus
- Lead high-volume recruitment efforts for real estate agents.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Conduct sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding with a focus on sales-driven talent.
- Maintain hiring metrics and improve recruitment strategies for better results.
Strategic HR Leadership
- Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with business goals.
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and regulatory requirements.
Employee Relations & Performance Management
- Draft internal HR communication such as policies, notices, and warnings.
- Oversee performance appraisals, feedback cycles, and professional development.
HR Operations
- Manage employee lifecycle events (promotions, transfers, terminations).
- Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes, including necessary documentation.
- Maintain confidential HR records and files.
Payroll & Benefits
- Coordinate monthly payroll submissions to the Accountant.
- Manage employee benefits, leave tracking, and ILOE/medical insurance coverage.
Legal Compliance & Visa Handling
- Assist the PRO with visa applications, labor cards, renewals, and cancellations.
- Ensure compliance with all UAE labor and immigration regulations.
Administrative & Internal Coordination
- Track attendance and ensure adherence to company policies.
- Manage company assets (SIM cards, laptops) and oversee employee return of items.
- Handle company email setup/deactivation via the Gmail Admin system.
Employee Engagement & Culture

- Organize internal recognition programs and company events.
- Maintain active team communication through occasion-based messages and announcements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 3–5 years in HR, with proven experience recruiting real estate agents.
- Deep understanding of the Dubai real estate market and agent expectations is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor law and visa regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized, results-driven, and a natural multitasker.
- Experience in a fast-growing or high-pressure environment is preferred.
