Role&responsibilities
WearelookingforaSalesDevelopmentRepresentative(SDR)with1to3yearsofexperienceinB2Bcorporatesales(BFSI,Fintech,SaaSbackgroundpreferred).Theidealcandidateisstreet-smart,articulate,andpassionateaboutbuildingpipelinesanddrivingbusinessgrowth.
AsanSDRyouwillberesponsibleforprospecting,qualifyingleads,andengagingwithseniordecision-makerstogeneratebusinessopportunitiesforthesalesteam.
KeyResponsibilities
- Spearheadenterpriseleadgenerationandbuildastrong,qualifiedsalespipeline.
- Prospect,qualify,andengagehigh-valuedecision-makersviamulti-channeloutreach(email,calls,LinkedIn,events).
- Collaboratewithproduct,marketing,andsalesteamstoensurealignmentofmessagingandgo-to-marketstrategy.
- Identifynewbusinessopportunitiesandsupportupsell/cross-sellinitiatives.
- ContributetodesigningandimprovingtheSDRprocesstoenablescalableoperations.
- MaintainaccuraterecordsofactivitiesinCRManddeliverregularreportsonpipelineprogress.

- Abilitytothriveinafast-pacedenvironmentwithstrongownershipandaccountability.

- Exposuretoenterprise/startup/largeaccountenvironments(beyondSMB/retailsales).
- ProvenabilitytoengageandinfluenceCXO-levelorseniordecision-makers.
- Strongproductunderstandingwiththeabilitytoparticipateinproduct-relateddiscussions.
