About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, and execution of our technology products. The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of product lifecycle management, strong technical expertise, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative, user-centric solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive end-to-end product lifecyclefrom ideation and requirements gathering to launch and optimization.

- Define product strategy, roadmap, and success metrics aligned with business objectives.

- Work closely with engineering teams to translate business needs into detailed technical requirements and user stories.

- Collaborate with design, QA, sales, and operations teams to ensure seamless product development and delivery.

- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews to identify opportunities and enhance product value.

- Manage product backlog, prioritize features, and ensure timely releases.

- Analyze product performance, user behavior, and feedback to guide future improvements.

- Develop product documentation, feature briefs, release notes, and technical specifications.

- Act as a subject-matter expert for both internal teams and external stakeholders.

- Ensure product scalability, security, performance, and quality throughout development.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field (MBA is a plus).

- Proven experience as a Product Manager or Technical Product Manager within the tech or software industry.

- Strong understanding of software development processes (Agile/Scrum).

- Ability to translate technical concepts into business-impactful product decisions.

- Experience working closely with engineering teams and understanding technical constraints.

- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
