Job Description
- You will be the single point of contact for the client in terms of meeting targets and deadlines for the KPIs and SLAs are met according to contract and client expectations and maintaining a high quality of service. Lead team to execute product and packaging innovation projects including concept development, feasibility validation, product and packaging R&D, business proposal and approval, project execution, customer sell in and tracking of in-market performance. Act as the primary liaison between the agency and key clients, fostering deep relationships and ensuring alignment with their marketing goals. Develop strategies to enhance client satisfaction and retention. Respond to client requests in non-standard situations, investigating all the possibilities for a solution.
Mentor and coach a high-performing client services team. Foster a culture of growth, collaboration, accountability within the department, as well as professional development among team members. Encourage innovative thinking and solutions across all levels of the team. Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of client accounts, managing resources, timelines, and budgets efficiently to deliver high-quality outcomes on time. Work closely with the executive team, Artwork Management, analytics & data to ensure a unified approach to client service. Regularly monitor and report on the success of innovation projects providing insights and recommendations for ongoing improvements. Oversee budgets, projections, and account performance, ensuring profitability while meeting or exceeding client expectations. Collaborate with senior leadership on business development efforts, supporting the agency's growth by identifying new opportunities and expanding relationships with existing clients. Identify and deliver thought leadership and transformation ideas that will provide growth or productivity opportunities. Act as the contact for escalation and issue resolution arising from work stream related activities.
Qualifications (Education/Experience/Certification): MBA preferred, Bachelors degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or related field. 10+ years of client services experience, within an advertising agency. 8+ years working with Consumer Packaged Goods brands. 5+ years of product innovation and marketing experience. 12+ years of experience in project management required, with a demonstrated track record of successful delivery of increasingly complex programs. Proven experience in global program management leadership roles is strongly preferred. Experience managing direct reports, 10+ years of strong leadership and mentoring abilities, with experience in developing and growing talent. Strong experience in using the Microsoft Office suite with strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
