Job Description
What role you will play in team: You'll be a critical member of our compliance team ensuring adherence to relevant regulations and internal policies.
What you will do: You will contribute towards maintaining a robust internal control environment.
Key responsibility:
- Monitoring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Developing and implementing compliance procedures and controls.
- Conducting compliance training for employees.
- Preparing compliance reports and presentations.
- Responding to internal and external audits.
- Identifying and resolving compliance issues.
Required Qualification and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration or a related field.
- Proven experience in a compliance role (1-3 years preferred).
- Strong understanding of corporate governance principles.
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance frameworks.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

A Day in the Life: A typical day will consist of reviewing documentation for compliance, conducting training sessions, preparing reports and actively improving processes to strengthen compliance.
