Job Description

What role you will play in team: You will act as a strategic partner to business leaders, providing HR expertise and support.

What you will do: You will consult on talent management, organizational development, and employee relations.

Key responsibility:

  • Provide strategic HR advice and support to business leaders on a range of HR issues.
  • Lead talent management initiatives, including performance management, succession planning, and talent development.
  • Partner with business leaders to design and implement organizational change initiatives.
  • Manage employee relations issues, ensuring fair and consistent treatment of employees.
  • Conduct workforce planning and analysis to support business objectives.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to support business needs.

Required Qualification and Skills:

  • Master's degree in Human Resources or related field (preferred).
  • 3-5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar role.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication, consulting, and influencing skills.
  • Experience with change management and organizational development.

  • Proficiency in using HR analytics and metrics.
