Job Description
What role you will play in team: You will act as a strategic partner to business leaders, providing HR expertise and support.
What you will do: You will consult on talent management, organizational development, and employee relations.
Key responsibility:
- Provide strategic HR advice and support to business leaders on a range of HR issues.
- Lead talent management initiatives, including performance management, succession planning, and talent development.
- Partner with business leaders to design and implement organizational change initiatives.
- Manage employee relations issues, ensuring fair and consistent treatment of employees.
- Conduct workforce planning and analysis to support business objectives.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to support business needs.
Required Qualification and Skills:
- Master's degree in Human Resources or related field (preferred).
- 3-5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar role.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, consulting, and influencing skills.
- Experience with change management and organizational development.
- Proficiency in using HR analytics and metrics.
