As a candidate at Capgemini Invent, you will be part of Digital HR Transformation and Enablement projects under the W&O offering. You will support the practice by delivering quality technology-driven solutions based upon industry best practices to the client base. Your role will involve ensuring quality delivery and all aspects of operational management, managing engagement risk, project economics, handling escalations, and ensuring effective planning and budgeting. You will be responsible for performing relevant project management processes such as initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and control, and closure, along with supporting processes like scope, cost, time, issue, risk, resource, communication, and stakeholder management.
In this role, you will advise the team to deliver high-quality deliverables to clients including RFP responses, assessment report-outs, HR strategy design, process flows, project plans, etc. You will also be expected to proactively participate in various process improvement initiatives and propose a to-be solution for the clients based on the current as-is process and its corresponding limitations. Additionally, you will conduct Change Impact analysis for the digital solutions or automations being proposed for various HR processes and prepare an action plan.
Your profile should include supporting the practice in RFP formulation for Technology-driven projects and being flexible to work on Organisation Change Management projects and HR Strategy projects as per the project demand.
