Job Description
- As a member of Capgemini Engineering, you will play a crucial role in providing Engineering and R&D services to Telecom, Media, and Hitech sectors. Your primary objective will be to build new business opportunities with Microsoft in India.
With a desired experience ranging from 5 to 15 years, this position is located in Hyderabad.
Your key responsibilities will include leading the Engineering services business growth in India, collaborating with pre-sales and delivery teams to develop customer value propositions, engaging in consultative business development activities, and providing industry insights and competitive analysis to drive continuous improvements.
To excel in this role, you must possess business development and sales experience specifically with Microsoft India. You will be expected to meet or exceed annual and quarterly revenue goals, have a deep understanding of Software Development technologies and solutions, and demonstrate excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.

Additionally, you should be capable of creating and implementing new business development plans, have exposure to IT/Engineering Services industries, and be familiar with selling engineering outsourcing services.
