Manager Continuous Improvement & Digital Transformation

About the Role:

This role is critical in driving continuous improvement and digital transformation initiatives within the Finance Shared Services organization. The successful candidate will be a highly motivated and results-oriented individual with a passion for process optimization, automation, and leveraging technology to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute continuous improvement projects:
• Identify, assess, and prioritize process improvement opportunities within Finance Shared Services.
• Conduct thorough process mapping, root cause analysis, and gap analysis.
• Develop and implement process improvement plans, including Lean, Six Sigma, and Agile methodologies.
• Monitor and track project progress, ensuring timely delivery and achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Drive digital transformation initiatives:
• Research and evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., RPA, AI, machine learning, cloud computing) for potential application within Finance Shared Services.
• Develop and implement strategies for the adoption of new technologies to automate tasks, improve data accuracy, and enhance overall efficiency.

• Collaborate with IT and other stakeholders to ensure successful implementation and integration of new technologies.
• Data analysis and reporting:
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data to identify trends, measure performance, and track the impact of improvement initiatives.
• Prepare regular reports on project progress, key performance indicators, and return on investment (ROI).
• Develop and maintain dashboards to provide real-time insights into operational performance.
• Change management:
• Develop and implement effective change management strategies to ensure smooth adoption of new processes and technologies.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, addressing concerns and building consensus.
• Provide training and support to employees on new processes and technologies.
• Stakeholder management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization, including business leaders, IT teams, and operational teams.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals.
• Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks and challenges.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor&aposs degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration / CA / ICWA
• 3-5 years of experience in process improvement, project management, or a related field.
• 5-6 years Experience of working in a shared services environment
• Experience in implementing and managing continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes and develop effective solutions.
• Experience with data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau).
• Knowledge of emerging technologies (e.g., RPA, AI, machine learning, cloud computing).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
