Department: Finance Shared Services
About the Role:
This role is critical in driving continuous improvement and digital transformation initiatives within the Finance Shared Services organization. The successful candidate will be a highly motivated and results-oriented individual with a passion for process optimization, automation, and leveraging technology to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute continuous improvement projects:
- Identify, assess, and prioritize process improvement opportunities within Finance Shared Services.
- Conduct thorough process mapping, root cause analysis, and gap analysis.
- Develop and implement process improvement plans, including Lean, Six Sigma, and Agile methodologies.
- Monitor and track project progress, ensuring timely delivery and achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Drive digital transformation initiatives:
- Research and evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., RPA, AI, machine learning, cloud computing) for potential application within Finance Shared Services.
- Develop and implement strategies for the adoption of new technologies to automate tasks, improve data accuracy, and enhance overall efficiency.
- Collaborate with IT and other stakeholders to ensure successful implementation and integration of new technologies.
- Data analysis and reporting:
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data to identify trends, measure performance, and track the impact of improvement initiatives.
- Prepare regular reports on project progress, key performance indicators, and return on investment (ROI).
- Develop and maintain dashboards to provide real-time insights into operational performance.
- Change management:
- Develop and implement effective change management strategies to ensure smooth adoption of new processes and technologies.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, addressing concerns and building consensus.
- Provide training and support to employees on new processes and technologies.
- Stakeholder management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization, including business leaders, IT teams, and operational teams.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals.
- Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks and challenges.
Qualifications & Experience:

- Bachelor&aposs degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration / CA / ICWA
- 3-5 years of experience in process improvement, project management, or a related field.
- 5-6 years Experience of working in a shared services environment
- Experience in implementing and managing continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes and develop effective solutions.
- Experience with data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau).
- Knowledge of emerging technologies (e.g., RPA, AI, machine learning, cloud computing).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
