Senior Project Manager

About the Role

We're seeking a technically strong, hands-on professional to manage the end-to-end delivery of exhibition stand builds. This is a client-facing role where you'll serve as the primary point of contact, ensuring flawless planning, execution, and dismantling, while maintaining quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction

What You'll Do

• Lead the operational execution of exhibition stand builds from planning to load-out.
• Serve as the single point of contact for clients.
  
• Manage project plans, timelines, manpower, and resources.
• Direct on-site teams during set-up.
• Oversee stand design and build to meet project requirements.
• Enforce HSE standards and manage safety protocols.
• Keep budgets, schedules, and milestones on track.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in project management within exhibitions/events.
• Technically strong with solid knowledge of stand build logistics, HSE, and vendor coordination.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Client-facing experience with excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Calm under pressure with a problem-solving mindset.
• Fluency in Arabic and English is mandatory.
• Available to join immediately and flexible with working hours.
