Job Description
- The ideal candidate for this position should possess strong Customer Service, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Experience skills, along with effective communication abilities. You should have experience in handling deposits and demonstrate a keen eye for detail and excellent organizational capabilities.
You must be comfortable working both independently and as part of a team, and have a good understanding of banking regulations and procedures. Previous work experience in a banking or customer service role would be advantageous, and a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
This is a full-time position with benefits including cell phone reimbursement, health insurance, leave encashment, life insurance, paid sick time, paid time off, and provident fund. The work schedule is during the day shift, and there is a quarterly bonus offered.
