Senior Manager - HR & Finance

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager - HR & Finance to join Capital Zone and take ownership of two key functions within our organization.

This is a senior leadership role for someone who can confidently manage people, numbers, compliance, and day-to-day operations while working closely with senior management.

What You'll Be Responsible For

 Human Resources

* Lead and manage the complete employee lifecycle – recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and exits

* Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices

* Oversee payroll, attendance, leave management, employee records, and HR documentation

* Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and company policies

* Support management with workforce planning, employee engagement, and organizational development

Finance & Accounts

* Financial operations including budgeting, cash flow, receivables, payables, reconciliations, and financial reporting

* Monitor financial performance and provide meaningful insights to management

* Oversee VAT, Corporate Tax, audits, and regulatory compliance

* Ensure accuracy and timely completion of financial records and reports

* Strong UAE experience across both HR and Finance/Accounts

* Proven experience in a managerial or senior-level position

* Sound knowledge of UAE Labour Law, VAT, Corporate Tax, and financial compliance

* Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills

* Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

* High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail

* Relevant qualification in HR, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
