Accounts & Finance Manager

Assistant finance and Accounts managers help finance managers with a range of administrative and

financial tasks. These may involve assisting with billing invoices, preparing budgets, managing cash

flow, and requesting information from colleagues regarding purchase orders. This is typically a full-

time position.

Responsibility:

1. Managing Cash Flow, Maintaining Spreadsheets, Updating Finances for Purchase Requests

2. Assist with Strategic Plans, Obtaining Financial Data from Teams

3. Taking responsibility for the planning and execution of financial duties and projects of a

company.

4. Preparing financial statements, reports, and forecasts for the business to ensure financial

stability.

5. Drafting budgets, income statements, balance sheets, tax returns, and reports required by

regulatory authorities.

6. Managing the risks involved in the financial activities of the business.

7. Estimating short and long-term financial objectives by setting performance targets.

8. Compiling financial reports and supervising month-end processes.

9. Drafting procurement processes and signing off on purchase orders.

10. Managing and monitoring metrics, KPI tracking, and reports for the financial department.

11. Evaluate the financial performance of the organization and measure returns on investments.

Requirements:

1) A bachelors degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.

2) Proven Experience in Accounts & Finance

3) 8+ years of experience in a Good financial position.

4) A good understanding of financial management obligations, especially statutory obligations

and requirements.

5) Be an analytical thinker with strong investigative and problem-solving skills.

6) Outstanding attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.

7) Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

8) Excellent report-writing and communication skills.

9) Proficiency in financial planning software such as Microsoft Excel and SAP.

10) The ability to work independently.
