Job Description
- As a Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibility will be to handle customer queries and concerns through various communication channels. You will be expected to resolve these queries by providing accurate and timely information and solutions to the customers. Collaboration with team members will be essential to ensure efficient customer service delivery. Additionally, maintaining documentation of customer interactions and transactions will be part of your daily tasks.
The ideal candidate for this role should possess basic written and verbal communication skills. Familiarity with open office applications, MS Word, and Excel is preferred. A graduation in a finance-related stream or qualifications like Bcom, BBI, BFM are required. Having an NISM Series 5 A Certification will be considered a plus and will be given preference. Knowledge of the financial & securities market and insurance will also be beneficial.
The candidate should have 3-5 years of relevant experience in a similar role. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits like Provident Fund and a fixed shift schedule. There is also a performance bonus offered. The work location for this role is in person.
