Role Overview
We are seeking a strategic and dynamic Senior Product Manager to lead product innovation across critical business areas. You will own end-to-end product strategy and execution, with deep expertise in Product Experience, User Engagement, AI-driven features, Monetization, and Growth initiatives. You will work cross-functionally with engineering, design, data, and marketing teams to drive user value, business impact, and technological excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Strategy & Vision: Develop and execute comprehensive product strategies across assigned domains (Product Experience, Engagement, AI, Monetization, and Growth) aligned with CarDekho Group's long-term vision and business objectives.
- Roadmap Management: Create and maintain product roadmaps with clear prioritization, timelines, and milestones. Balance short-term wins with long-term innovation.
- User-Centric Design: Drive exceptional product experiences by deeply understanding user needs, behaviors, and pain points. Lead user research, usability testing, and rapid prototyping initiatives.
- AI & Innovation: Identify and leverage AI/ML opportunities to enhance product capabilities, personalization, and user engagement. Work closely with data science and ML teams to implement intelligent features.
- Monetization & Growth: Define and execute growth strategies including user acquisition, retention, engagement, and monetization initiatives. Analyze metrics, set KPIs, and optimize conversion funnels.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with engineering, design, data analytics, marketing, and business teams. Present insights, secure buy-in, and drive organizational alignment.
- Analytics & Insights: Leverage data to make informed decisions. Define success metrics, A/B test features, and continuously iterate based on user feedback and performance data.
- Leadership & Mentorship: Lead and mentor junior product managers. Foster a culture of innovation, experimentation, and accountability within the product team.
- Market & Competitive Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies. Identify opportunities and threats to maintain CarDekho's competitive advantage.

Required Qualifications:
- Education: MBA or equivalent advanced degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field
- Industy: Experience in Indian consumer tech platforms, e-commerce, marketplaces or similar consumer platforms is highly preferred. Should be hands-on experience with AI/ML product features and GenAI applications
- Experience: 5-8 years of product management experience in fast-paced, technology-driven environments. Proven track record of shipping products and driving measurable business impact.
- Multi-Domain Expertise: Demonstrated experience across multiple domains including Product Experience, Engagement, AI/ML, Monetization, and Growth strategies.
- Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of technology, APIs, and data systems. Ability to work effectively with engineering and data science teams without being a hands-on developer.
- Data-Driven Mindset: Proficiency in data analysis, SQL, analytics tools (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude, or similar), and A/B testing methodologies.
- User Research & Design: Experience with user research, usability testing, wireframing, and design collaboration. Familiarity with design tools and user-centered design principles.
- Business Acumen: Strong understanding of unit economics, pricing strategies, and P&L management. Ability to balance user value with business profitability.
- Collaborative Partner: Ability to build strong cross-functional teams and foster a culture of partnership and accountability. Ability to influence across organizational boundaries and present complex ideas clearly to diverse audiences.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and creative problem-solving abilities. Comfort with ambiguity and ability to make decisions with incomplete information.
