Job Description

    You will be responsible for developing and delivering well-structured and comprehensive sales training programs for the sales team, covering solution selling skills, sales team management, dealer management, and key account management throughout the professional life cycle of a sales employee. Your responsibilities will include:
    - Collaborating with Product Management, Marketing, and Sales to understand new product features, benefits, and key differentiators.
    - Creating engaging training materials, manuals, videos, and e-learning modules.
    - Organizing and leading training sessions on products, industry trends, and the competitive landscape.
    - Assessing training needs through surveys, interviews, and performance data analysis.
    - Continuously evaluating training effectiveness and updating content as needed to ensure relevance and impact.
    - Creating learning goals and driving post-learning projects/assignments along with functional leaders.
    - Supporting and facilitating competency assessment and creating customized programs for bridging competency gaps.
    - Driving career development programs for the sales team.
    - Coaching and mentoring new sales staff through a robust Sales Induction program on the product, market, sales processes, sales automation, promotional schemes, and sales reporting.
    - Providing customized performance enhancement coaching for team members facing performance challenges.
    - Partnering with retail partners to align sales messaging and ensure consistent customer experiences across channels.
    - Staying up to date on industry trends, competitor products, and best practices in sales training and adult learning.
    - Designing and maintaining a structured MIS on sales training and its efficacy and sharing periodic reports with all stakeholders.
    - Demonstrating a strong understanding of B2C and B2B sales processes.
    Qualifications:
    - Engineering degree/ Post Graduation degree.

    Required Skills:
    - Content design and development.
    - Excellent presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
    - Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
    - Proficiency with training tools and platforms (e.g., LMS, video tools, virtual meeting software).
    - Willingness to travel to retail locations and distribution partners as needed.
    - Proficiency in English, Tamil, and Hindi.
